Shipping Policy

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. For orders under $500, a flat rate shipping fee of $99 applies for furniture items and $15 for smaller accessories and bedding.

Processing Time

Most items ship within 3-5 business days. Some furniture pieces are made to order and may require 2-3 weeks before shipping. You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order ships.

Delivery Time

• Bedding & Accessories: 5-7 business days
• Small Furniture: 1-2 weeks
• Large Furniture (beds, dressers, wardrobes): 2-4 weeks

White Glove Delivery

For beds, dressers, and wardrobes, we offer complimentary white glove delivery service which includes:

• Delivery to the room of your choice
• Complete assembly of furniture
• Removal of all packaging materials
• Placement and positioning as requested

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship to the contiguous 48 United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or international destinations at this time.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your delivery status at any time using the provided tracking number.
